On the show i watched today episode 141.orig air date 1-24-10.while testing a truck they showed a "board" with all of the vehicle electronics such as ecm o2 sensor etc.im wanting to know is that board something a tech school uses or built or does it have a manufacturer and name.i find it very useful and something i would be interested in for teaching.
Just want to post a photo of my work in project truck, it is a 1982 gmc 2500 high Sierra model. 2wd, with the 350/350 motor/trans combo, this truck when it was brand new off he show room was purchased as a small town of 500 people as their fire response truck that the fire chief would drive to the scene in, it has the original 27'300km (not miles) on this entire truck. Not any rust on this truck, the floor boards are as solid as can be, runs and drive so smooth. But wasn't that will taken car of, was never left covered in grime but was abused by some people in the fire house by tossing their gear on its lots of dents and lots of work needing to be done.
I want to say thank you to the guys at TruckU, without your show I never would have learnt about LMC truck! I started a page for my truck that I will post in the comments and in it is the progress of the truck from when I brought it home in March 2015 from the fire house, till how it's sitting today if anybody feels like looking thru it for fun. First time "restoring" a vehicle, more or less just wanting to make my work truck Better than When I bought it.
